How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping time will depends on a number of variables such as framing and international shipping options. Those additional items would need to be paid prior to shipping commencing.

Pickup/Local Delivery

If this option is selected, I will reach out after the purchase to confirm the method you prefer and arrangements will be made. Depending on the prep work the canvas requires (wiring, sealing, etc) delivery/pickup could possibly be same day.

What are the shipping costs within Canada?

Shipping is included in purchases being shipped within Canada that are 16X20 inches or less. All other canvas sizes are considered oversized and we would help look for the least expensive option for you.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, if purchasing art from outside of Canada I will ship worldwide, but will have to provide prices on an individual basis. We can discuss details and pick the best shipping option for you. Please email me for a quote for shipping 1813thavenueart@gmail.com. You will be invoiced for the shipping charges after you purchase your piece(s) of art and your item will ship when payment is received.

What is your return policy? 

Please contact me if there is an issue with the original. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis. Insurance is purchased on shipping which should be sufficient to compensate you should a piece go missing during shipping.
